We will ask them similar questions to the ones you have been asked during your application process, including basic contact, employment and bank details. We will also ensure that they are comfortable with being your Guarantor and that they fully understand their responsibilities.
We also require bank statements from both you and your guarantor, which can be sent to us via our secure service ‘consents.online’ which is provided by our trusted partner, Account Score.
At no stage during this process do TFS Loans see nor store any of your banking login details.
Your Guarantor will need to sign the loan agreement documentation that we can either email to them or send in the post. If you want to provide your guarantor with essential information before TFS contact them, have your guarantor visit our Guarantor Hub page.
Loans are subject to status and affordability. *Consolidating debts may increase the term and the total amount payable.
