Existing Customers FAQs

What is a Further Advance?

TFS will refinance your existing account and advance you the additional funds you require for example a new loan for £5,000 will be broken down as £2,000 to close off your existing account and £3,000 will be sent to your Guarantor.

How many payments would I have to have made to get a further advance?

You would have had to have made your last 6 payments.

Do I have to use the same Guarantor?

No you can use a new guarantor as long as they meet our Guarantor Requirements.

How much more can I borrow?

You can borrow up to a total loan of £15,000, depending on your circumstances.

Will I be charged any fees?

No there are no fees for additional borrowing.
