Yes, both the you the applicant and your Guarantor can live at the same address as long as you both have a UK address and are not linked financially linked, such as a joint bank account or in other ways financially reliant on each other.

Our main criteria for Guarantors is that they are, Employed or Retired, a UK homeowner with a good credit score and provable income, meet our age criteria and most importantly, they must be able to afford the monthly loan repayments if the the applicant cannot.

Yes, both the Borrower and the Guarantor can live at the same address. As long as you both have a UK address and are not linked financially (joint bank accounts or financially reliant on each other), we accept Guarantors who live at the same address.

Our main criteria for Guarantors is that they are Employed or Retired with a good credit score and provable income, meet our age criteria and most importantly, they must be able to afford the monthly loan repayments if the Borrower cannot.
