Our application process is really simple and fast – we can approve loans in as little as 24 hours! We’ve created this video to help you understand the application journey. There are a number of different ways for you to apply for a TFS Guarantor loan. We try to keep the process as easy and quick as possible. It can take less than 24 hours for the loan to be processed and paid out. The average time is 2 to 4 days.
Initially, you will fill in your details online at tfsloans.co.uk or you can do this on the phone by calling 0203 476 6438. You will be asked to give the name and phone number of the person who will be your Guarantor.
One of our customer agents will phone your Guarantor to explain the process. We ask your Guarantor for some basic details and we then run a credit check on them. Your Guarantor is told the amount that you have been approved for as are you.
We then email or post documents (depending on yours and your Guarantor’s preference). These documents must be read and understood by both you and your Guarantor. The Guarantor must also sign and return their copies.
Once we have received the signed documents we may ask for a couple of final items e.g. a bank statement, but in the majority of cases this isn’t necessary, and we can process the loan.
Finally, a member of the TFS Loans customer service team will call your Guarantor to confirm they have no outstanding questions and when and where the money will be deposited.
The loan amount is deposited into the Guarantor’s account for them to transfer to you.
