Firstly, I want to wish you a very Happy Christmas from everyone here at TFS Loans. Thank you for your custom throughout 2017. We have lots planned in 2018 to help you manage your accounts anytime and anywhere. We will also continue to show you how much we value your custom by bringing you exclusive offers.
In this month’s issue of our newsletter we’ve focused on topics that are most pertinent to the season, namely how to have a fun and economical Christmas and also keeping safe online. I know myself that this busy time of year can be quite stressful, so we’ve been researching and practising mindfulness in the office. We are big fans, so we thought we’d share our top tips with you.
We send you a survey once a year to ask for your feedback on your experience with TFS Loans. This is sent to you via email around the same time as your annual statement. Your feedback really helps us to improve our service, products and processes. We will send you a £5 Starbucks voucher once you have completed the questionnaire – which should take you no more than 2-3 mins. Keep an eye out for it.
As always, please give us a call on 01268 740750 if you need anything, or email us: email@example.com
Best wishes for the forthcoming season

Asimple trick to save money on your energy bills this winter
There is quite a lot of chatter in the TFS office about the virtues of putting tin foil behind your radiators at home to keep your home warm and save money on your energy bills. So we thought we’d share our findings with you.
Christmas should be a fun time of the year, but every year we are faced with the usual stresses that come with the big day, most notably buying presents, doing things with the kids and making sure the dinner goes without a hitch.
e-fraud or Electronic Fraudfollows many of the basic principles of what we all know as standard fraud, except some of the methods used take advantage of end users’ naivety or lack of experience with computer hardware, software or communications, especially email.
Mindfulness a mental state achieved by focusing one’s awareness on the present moment, while calmly acknowledging and accepting one’s feelings, thoughts, and bodily sensations, used as a therapeutic technique.
When you receive your annual statement, look out for an email and text message asking you for your feedback. We will send you a £5 Starbucks voucher when you complete this survey (which should take no more than 1-2 mins).
