Do I need to speak English to borrow from TFS Loans?

We need to ensure that you understand the terms and conditions of the loan agreement, so if you are unable to speak or read English we would recommend that you contact a solicitor who can take you through the documentation in your native language.

Likewise, if we feel you are not able to understand the terms of the loan agreement for any reason, we would ask you to contact a solicitor to run you through the agreement and ensure you are completely happy before you take out a TFS Loan.

It is very important that both you and your Guarantor fully understand the loan product and commitment you are taking on. Taking out a guarantor loan is no small thing, so, it’s essential that all parties fully understand the commitment of the loan. Loans are subject to status and affordability. Consolidating debts may increase the term and the total amount payable.
